About GrowThera ABA

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy approach that helps individuals learn new skills and build independence through positive, individualized support. ABA can focus on strengthening communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and regulation strategies in ways that are meaningful to each individual and their family. ABA can also target behaviors for reduction that interfere with daily living. Progress is guided by data and adjusted to meet each individual’s unique needs.

GrowThera was founded by Hannah E. Anderson, MA, BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in education and years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse behavioral needs. Before becoming a BCBA, Hannah worked as a special education teacher, where she saw firsthand how individualized support and collaboration with families could change a person’s life.

Her journey into behavior analysis was driven by a passion for creating positive, lasting outcomes for people who were often overlooked and under supported. With an expertise in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices, Hannah built GrowThera to combine the science of behavior with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

At GrowThera, our “why” is simple: every human deserves access to meaningful, measurable, and sustainable support that fosters growth at home, in school, and beyond.
